Delivery

Delivery-Composite

Upon completion of production and shipment—by boat or air—we employ the following timetables:


Delivery to Foreign Customs
- Two (2) days.


Consolidation
- Usually two (2) days. This is required on smaller shipments as they must be combined with other shipments to fill container.


Foreign Customs Clearance
- Current requirement from United States is 24 hours, but can change to coincide with world events. Loading on Ship - Because shipping dates vary, our shipping department can provide accurate details once they become available.


Shipping Details
- Shipping by boat is usually a maximum of twenty-five (25) days from anywhere in the world. Shipping by air is a maximum of five (5) to seven (7) days, with loading and unloading at various airports across the globe.


Customs Clearance
- All documentation is presented along with quota certificates (if needed), and upon review goods are cleared and import duties are collected. The period of time we allocate for inspections, reviews, and clearance is five (5) to seven (7) days.


Delivery Order
- Once goods clear customs, our broker issues this certificate to the domestic trucking line so that the transport company can proceed to the container yard to pick up the cargo. We usually allow two (2) days for this.


Final Inland Delivery
- This can go by truck or rail with a five (5) to seven (7) day maximum for delivery anywhere within the United States This is billed separately as an additional service to customers who wish the shipment delivered complete to their warehouse or alternate location.
